Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Yafen Lighting & Ceiling Fan does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, changes in preference, or customer ordering errors where the correct product has been supplied as described.

Please confirm the product model, size, colour, quantity and specifications before purchasing. There is no change-of-mind return or exchange period.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly with your invoice or order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or videos.

We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy required under applicable Singapore law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us to arrange inspection before returning or dismantling installed products.

Manufacturer warranties remain applicable according to their respective terms. This policy does not exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights.
